In addition to Cottonwood's ideal location, we also have a beautiful courtyard which is great for football, volleyball, and other outside games. We even have a great basketball court onsite! Summer barbecues with friends are easily accommodated with grills and picnic tables.
For indoor recreation, a large lounge is provided that includes a flat-screen TV, leather couches, ping pong table, foosball, piano, and kitchenette.
The spring, summer, and fall seasons are celebrated with gardening plots around the property. Tenants are welcome to enjoy the delicious produce provided by the harvest which includes raspberries, corn and various other vegetables.
Besides the courtyard and lounge, other shared features on the property are the study, laundry and storage rooms. The study provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere for tenants to do homework, play the piano, or simply enjoy some reading time. Our laundry room is equipped with new and reliable appliances. The size of our storage room is more than sufficient to meet the needs of our tenants.
The apartments come completely furnished and are each capable of housing six young men. Free, wireless internet is an additional amenity enjoyed by our tenants.
